The Dig Workshop with Erin Weed 

The Dig is a process that distills a leader's life story and personal truth down to just ONE WORD. The goal is to achieve epic clarity of who you are, what you stand for and how to communicate it as succinctly as possible. 

Whether you have a speech to give, a panel to speak on, an interview to give, a mission to grow, a podcast to launch, a book to write or a webinar to lead - having a simple, clear understanding of your purpose and message - as well as how to share it with others - leads to deep connection with your audience in a short amount of time. 

During this workshop, Erin will teach the steps in The Dig, and all attendees will participate to unearth their unique Dig Word. She will then help you use your Dig Word to build a communication strategy and craft a slinky speech (a talk that can be long or short, and is totally customizable on the fly). You will leave with effective tools and frameworks to connect with anyone quickly and authentically - regardless of audience size.

Erin Weed is a Communication Strategist to purpose-driven leaders. She is a speaker coach for TEDxBoulder and has also given a TEDx talk about the difference between authenticity and transparency. Erin regularly speaks at Google offices across the globe, and advises companies including CableLabs and University of Colorado on their external communications and thought leadership. She has facilitated The Dig for over 500 individuals, helping them to harness their truth and turn it into words. Formerly Erin was the Founder and CEO of Girls Fight Back, which produces safety and empowerment seminars to millions of women worldwide.
