The Gut-Brain Connection: Working with Herbs to Create a Positive Feedback Loop

Join Herbalist Samuel James Queen to learn about the gut-brain connection and play with herbal allies who can accompany you on your wellbeing journey. Samuel believes in the importance of establishing a foundational, top-level, and concise understanding of concepts and then moving into embodied experiences that can help us integrate this new information and learn it “by heart.”

The workshop will include meditation, a short lesson on the gut-brain connection, tapping into our “organoleptics,” and working with herbal allies both internally and topically to create a positive feedback loop between our gut and our brain.

Event Type: In person, indoors

Attendee Type: Archipelago Members

Capacity: 15 people, socially distanced

Location: The Attic, 2345 7th St.
