Sauna & Ice Bath

Join us for 2 hours as we transition between the sauna and ice bath several times!

The exposure to freezing cold and scorching hot temperatures has been proven to have dramatic health benefits.

A few benefits of ice baths:

  • Stimulation of muscular, cardiovascular, and nervous system recovery

  • Improved alertness and energy

  • Enhanced thermoregulatory ability

  • Heightened immune system function

  • Decreased joint and muscular pain

  • Enhanced ability to control breath during times of physical stress

  • Increases aerobic ability through cardiovascular adaptations
