All-Levels Hatha Yoga (Virtual)

Every Monday, join Jennifer Miles for a dynamic, all-levels Hatha Yoga (yoga of balance) class blended with a creative mix of music. In this 60 minute class, you can expect a slower pace of movement that is linked to your breath, encourages increased core strength, flexibility and mobility in the joints, as well as brings relief of tension in the hips, neck, shoulders, and back.

 Appropriate for all levels of practice. Bring a yoga mat and any additional props such as yoga blocks or a blanket.
