Come sweat, move and groove to the best tunes of the Disco era! This class is open to all levels of dancers and modifications will be given to keep everyone challenged and flowing through the movement. The first 30 minutes will consist of a warm up and body conditioning exercises. Then, we will take movement progressions across the floor and get our heart rates pumping. The final portion of class will consist of a disco inspired dance combo, repeated multiple times for retention and mastery. Let's "get down on it" as we burn some calories and embody the joy of DISCO!
