Snap judgments, first impressions, quick glances…
Our brains are seemingly programmed to create stories about others with little depth of information. Sometimes these impressions are difficult to shift, and yet with greater amounts of curiosity, we can start to transform our expectations and perspectives.
Cultivating a foundation for connection begins with being more curious about something or someone than you are committed to believing what you think you already know.
Together we’ll practice these foundational skills for connection.
