This will be a daytime event for kids, ages 5 to 11. At this event, children will learn how to be mindful and at peace by learning how to focus their thoughts through meditation, stretching, drawing, and journaling. We'll talk about diversity and create achievable goals to help our world become a more inclusive place. Each child will produce their superhero goals and intentions, and we will be creating our own superhero capes and collaged vision boards to take home!

Maggie's (she, her, hers) educational background begins with a bachelor's degree in Horticulture Science and continues with a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She has taught elementary education in and around the Denver area for 10 years. Her intention is to bring mindfulness and social emotional learning to the lives of all children, and to help create a world where children are empowered, enlightened and fully conscious to live extraordinary lives.
Pure Pahadis is an anti-racist and pro-LGBTQ+ organization with an unwavering dedication to providing equitable experiences for ALL children and families. We provide children a safe space to practice mindfulness, to explore Nature, to create personal empowerment, peace of mind, clarity of thought, and relief from stress. We provide a community for children where they will learn how to have optimal emotional and physical well-being for the rest of their lives.
