occupying a position at, or on both sides of, a boundary or threshold.
In the Celtic Wheel of the Season, Samhain is the liminal time where we cross the threshold from focusing in the outer world to focusing on the inner world. In this in-between space, we can take stock of where we have been and allow ourselves to process and release.
Keeping with the Celtic spirit, this workshop will allow space for the art of lamenting and grieving. We will move, breathe, and write to meet and grieve for all that has come this year as we make space to enter deeply into connecting to hope, desire, and possibility. We will end with a guided Neurosculpting meditation to anchor and ground.
