What does it mean to be experiencing grief?
For many, grief is associated with death, but it encompasses much more. In this community conversation we will explore the many forms of grief from the loss of a job, the transition of a relationship, dealing with chronic illness or moving on from a lifestyle or life patterns that we have been accustomed to.
Led by Megan Slattery of Tender Heart Healing, you will have the opportunity to set an intention for the New Year, share and reflect on your experience(s) of grief in 2020, explore how to cultivate safety among your community to work through grief and discover healthy tools to work through grief with grace and compassion.
*please note that this is a workshop + community conversation on how to identify grief and move through it in a healthy way. If you are currently experiencing extreme grief, we recommend working with your personal therapist or healer.
Megan is a Reiki and Shamanic energy healer serving sensitive and empathic souls in Denver and beyond. She's also the owner of Tender Heart Tools, a healing care package company, that strives to deeply support those going through grief, loss, and hardship as well as bring grief education to the community.
