Discover how to use the creative art process to cultivate healing and transformation.
Matisse so beautifully says, “Creativity takes courage.” In this two hour workshop, you will be encouraged to ask your inner-critic to take a walk while you will be given the opportunity to explore the healing capabilities of art and how you can incorporate them into your own life. You will be led through an art experience that will synthesize and anchor you into a deeper knowing. Play, curiosity, and experimentation welcome. NO ART EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
