Strength & Stretch Yoga (Virtual)

Every Monday, join Jennifer Miles for a 60 minute, dynamic class blended with a creative mix of movement and music. In the first section of class, you can expect a slower pace of movement that combines Yoga and Pilates which is linked to your breath and encourages increased core strength and mobility in the joints. The second section of class will cool the body down with Yoga stretches to promote flexibility and fluidity in the muscles and tissues of the body.

Appropriate for all levels of practice. Bring a yoga mat and any additional props such as yoga blocks or a blanket.
