Move in your own way and connect to your core-self by flowing through yoga poses and some added pilates fusion for a full body and mind experience. Movement is a way to express yourself and a time to play - feel energy move through your body and release.

About Jackie:
Jackie’s mission is for you to feel at home in your body using movement as a way to build connection with your true self. Her goal is for you to feel into your body - moving the way that you move. Her yoga classes weave together inspiring cues and musical beats that empower students to embody their truth - a place where you can take off your masks and move.
Jackie has taught movement for almost 4 years. She began teaching barre classes in 2013, completed her 200-hour yoga training RYT in Dallas in 2017 and earned her ACE group fitness certification in 2019 and became Lagree certified earlier this year. She is currently working through her 300-hour yoga training with The River.
