Attachment: The Key to Deep, Meaningful, Connection

This workshop is lead by cousins, Eleanor Hooper and Garrett Hooper. This is an introduction to an ongoing conversation about Attachment Theory. We will discuss how to find healthy and fulfilling attachment in a culture that does not teach the importance of this biological, physiological and emotional need. We will sort through the desire for connection and how to do this in a practical way promoting intimacy and growth, leading to us to embody higher states of consciousness and overall satisfaction, even in a "social-distancing" world.

About Eleanor & Garrett:

Eleanor Hooper is a holistic, nature-based, relationship therapist. Her private practice is called The Makaranda Method. Makaranda means nectar in Sanskrit. Garrett Hooper is a Gestalt and relationally focused therapist. As a therapist, Garrett encourages clients to discover their own relational superpowers. Garrett earned his Masters in Marriage and Family therapy and is passionate about experiencing contact and more fulfilling connection.
