Courage Club Global

Featured by The Joy List and 303 Magazine as a top thing to do.

You are invited. To a place. A community. An experience. Where we make friends with fear.

Right now, each day, we’re getting to learn the costs that fear can have.

The way it freezes us from doing the work we want to do. How it makes us flee even connection we care about. How it can turn each moment into a fight against ourselves for focus and calm and our fullest power.

Yet we’re also seeing that fear is an inevitable and natural force in life.

So what if you rewired your relationship with fear? By tuning in when you’ve been tuning out. Discovering possibilities where you’ve been doubting them. Shifting from anxiety and avoidance to empowerment and action. In short, by befriending fear.

That is what Courage Club is for.

We’ve run events across the U.S. the past four years, helping people rewire their relationship to fear and build the courage to live the way they want to.

And now we’re online so anyone, anywhere can join.

So come join founder Galen Bernard along with our caring, daring community, and discover what life is like with a little more courage.

More About Galen Bernard:
Galen is out to create antidotes to fear. He has helped people throughout the world—creators and creatives, students and seniors, the bold and the just beginning—discover the thrill on the other side of what they thought they could not do.

Before Courage Club, he helped adults young and old find work they love as executive director of the community space New Leaf Initiative, which put State College, PA, on the map as one of Entrepreneur magazine’s best cities. He trained in peer support as a director at NAMI Western Carolina, a chapter of the largest grassroots mental health org in the U.S. Galen also mentors leaders of positive social change for StartingBloc and Watson Institute.

As a kid, he was so afraid of the dark he needed a nightlight for sleepovers. Then he learned to love starry skies.
