HIIT Workout

Join Jourdan Baldwin every Tuesday and Thursday at 9AM MST, until gyms open again, for a 30 minute BODYWEIGHT HIIT based class followed by 15 minutes of yoga/meditation to ground you and set you up for an amazing day during this interesting time.
