Nothing like quarantine to really ramp up your cooking skills. Archipelago member, Carrie Yang, will be showing us how to make an easy & undeniably delicious Bakeless Egg Frittata.

Please have the following ingredients ready for class: 

  • 2 Eggs

  • Spinach 

  • Mushrooms 

  • Vegan sausage/vegan chorizo OR bacon/sausage

  • Half avocado 

  • Green onion 

  • Vegan shredded cheese OR real shredded cheese

  • Olive oil 

  • Mustard/dijon mustard 

  • Salt

  • Pepper/white pepper

  • Garlic powder 

  • Cayenne 

  • Optional** lime/lemon ** goat cheese

About Carrie:

Food is my love language. I’m not a trained chef but I grew up watching my mom cook amazing Chinese food every single day. I started cooking for myself in college, and since them cooking has evolved into a creative outlet and lifestyle. While I make food from all around the world, my cooking style is always inspired by Chinese and Japanese cuisines.
