FACILITATOR BIO

Galen gets people living their fullest life as a coach and community designer. Through Courage Club’s immersive public events and custom private trainings, he’s helped thousands of people—creators and creatives, students and seniors, the bold and the just beginning—take bold action to dissolve the binds of fear.

Before founding Courage Club, he was executive director of the innovation space New Leaf Initiative, which put State College, PA, on the map as one of Entrepreneur magazine’s best cities in the U.S.

His passion for elevating people who want more than the status quo in their life has led him to also run a chapter of the country’s largest grassroots mental health organization, manage a coliving space for young community leaders, and mentor for StartingBloc and Watson University.
