Growth // the enneagram and relational health

  • The Attic 2345 7th Street Denver United States (map)

In this workshop, we will explore each of the nine enneagram type’s typical responses, triggers, and defenses in relationships. Using the instinctual drives (Self Preservation, Social, and One-to-One) as our framework, we will learn not only about how each of the types shows up in relationships but also how best to increase intimacy and provide support in our primary relationships. If you’re interested in learning helpful tools to see your relationships more clearly and to show up more honestly, this workshop is for you!

This workshop is taught in the narrative method so teaching will include lecture style, panel interviews, and dyadic work (meaning you’ll work in pairs for some exercises). We all get to be both teachers and learners here! Coffee & snacks will be provided, but please bring a sack lunch for yourself.
