Transformation // meditation and practice to change status quo

  • Archipelago 2345 7th Street Denver United States (map)

Sue Ashley Hunt is a spiritual teacher and Buddhist. Sue, her husband Dan and wolf-dog call the high desert Taos, New Mexico home. Sue is called to hear, follow and realize SPIRIT in her work and teaching. Together, Sue and her husband offer group and solo immersion retreats and trainings that submerge the student's body/mind in meditation, plant medicine, conscious consumption, mindful living, and spiritual practice with mind-altering effects.

In this weekend 3-hour immersion, we will practice and set the sacred space of the physical body. Organizing the vibrational field of the body/mind with asana, kriya mantra, and meditation. Expect 60 minutes of asana and kriya followed by 30 minutes of guided meditation. Soulful movement with the technology of attention, mindfulness and circulating energy. As a group, we will dive deep into an intimate space of discussing the status quo and accepted ideas of masculinity and femininity. We will explore the teachings and their progressive understanding of gender attributes, sex, creativity, relationship, and partnership. The Dharma talk space is a co-collaborative space of question, didactic dialogue and contemplative inquiry.
