Business leaders are increasingly asking why a good strategy, business plan, or roadmap is insufficient for driving necessary change.
Tyler will discuss how business managers, professionals, and leaders find themselves at an inflection point where traditional management consulting, MBAs, and business practices are no longer sufficient for operating successfully.
The Peter Drucker mantra “Culture eats strategy for lunch” has been around for decades, and is only increasing in importance. Questions about how you navigate your career, operate your business, and lead your teams in a rapidly shifting business environment will be discussed.
A gluten free breakfast + coffee will be provided.
