Join Michelle for 45 minutes of “Touch and Go” embodiment meditation, a practice that fluidly incorporates breath, mindfulness, and visualization. The beauty of this practice is that while feeling spacious in your mind often happens, you don’t “have to” empty your mind - in fact we will use the power of your attention to naturally experience a deeper sense of presence.
Throughout this practice, we will cultivate a deeper connection with our mind, body, and spirit. Embodiment meditation allows us to awaken to the wisdom held within the body. We will bring the sensations of the body into our awareness, providing us with a foundation for deep relaxation. This is a great introduction for those who have never meditated and for those of us who have struggled with meditation in the past.
