This fermentation playshop is a laboratory focused on the functions of yogurt in our local ecosystem. We’ll be exploring how to choose the most intentional milk, the history of yogurt, its benefits and of course how to make it...delicious! Folks will learn the principles of yogurt-making by doing. Participants  will carry out 3 experiments and have the opportunity to see the impact of their interventions play out at home. Participants will take home yogurt cultures that can be cycled indefinitely and the understanding of how to make a delicious microbiome supporting staple. Come play with us. 

Asia Dorsey is a serene, green, radical dreamworker. She cultivates the seeds of collective creativity, fun and justice while emboldening radical self discovery. She facilitates dream playshops nationally and internationally with children and business executives in church basements, lecture halls and forests. Currently, this herbalist, microbial educator and leader of the Five Points Fermentation Cooperative enjoys her time working with communities around ancestral culinary technology, local food as people’s medicine  and dreamwork as a radical framework for the future.
