Join us for our sacred sound circle where we will be coming together to create music with the intention of connection and free expression. During the sound circle, we will explore vibration, learn how to tune in to our primal self-expression, let go of limiting beliefs about our voice and musical abilities, and learn how to use our entire body as an instrument to generate rhythm and vibration.

All skills levels are welcome, whether you’re a seasoned musician or have never sung a note in your life, you will be guided through the experience in a way that feels comfortable and simple. You are welcome to bring any instrument of choice (drums, percussion, guitars, flute, etc), but we have plenty for you if you’d rather not.
